LICENSING ACT 2003 PREMISES LICENCE
NOTICE is hereby given that Slepe Farm Limited of Slepe, Near Poole, Dorset, BH16 6HS has applied to the Purbeck District Council for the issue of a Premises Licence in respect of "The Covered Yard, Barn, Slepe Farmyard, Slepe Farm, Slepe, near Poole, Dorset, BH16 6HS".

The proposed application will permit the supply of alcohol by carrier. The application will not request business hours. Any person wishing to make representations in respect of this application should do so in writing addressed to the Head of Public Health and Housing, Purbeck District Council, Westport House, Worgret Road, Wareham, BH20 4PP before 23rd December 2014.

All representations will be made known to the applicant. The register of the licensing authority is maintained at Purbeck District Council, Westport House, Wareham, where the application may be inspected Monday to Friday between 10:00 am and 4:00 pm.

It is an offence punishable by fine on summary conviction, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application._
