I, Duncan Swift of Moore Stephens LLP, give notice that on 5 December 2014 I was appointed joint liquidator of the above named company by resolution of the members. The Company is able to pay all its known creditors in full. Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 4.182A of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that the Joint Liquidators of the Company intend to make a final distribution to creditors. Creditors are required to prove their debts, on or before 30 January 2015. Full details of their claims must be sent in writing to Duncan Swift of The French Quarter, 114 High Street, Southampton S014 2AA the Joint Liquidator of the Company. I will make the distribution without regard to the claim of any person in respect of a debt not already proved by 30 January 2015.
