Licensing Act 2003
An Application has been made to Bournemouth Borough Council for a new premises licence under section 17 of the Act by Tesco Stores Ltd, in respect of Tesco Stores Ltd, Pokesdown Exp, 980-982 Christchurch, Boscombe, Dorset BH7 6EW to sell alcohol from 06:00 to 00.00 hours, MondaytoSunday. The licensing register and a record of the application may be inspected at the offices of the Licensing Team, Bournemouth Borough Council, Town Hall, Bournemouth, BH2 6LL, 0900 -1600hrs Monday to Friday.

 Any representation by a responsible authority or an interested party must be made in writing to the council by 30/12/2014 It is an offence for anyone to knowinglyor recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summaryconviction forthe offence is level 5on the standard scale (£5000).
