LICENSING ACT 2003

 An Application has been made to Bournemouth Borough Council for a new premises licence under section 17 of the Act by Tesco Stores Ltd, in respect of Tesco Stores Ltd, Bournemouth Trian Exp, 3/4 The Triangle, Bournemouth, Dorset BH2SRG to sell alcohol from 06:00 to 23:00 hours, Monday to Sunday. The licensing register and a record of the application may be inspected at the offices of the Licensing Team, Bournemouth Borough Council, Town Hail, Bournemouth, BH2 6LU 0900- 160O hrs Monday to Friday.
Any representation by a responsible authority or an interested party must be made in writing to the council by 30/12/2014.
It is an offence for anyone to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is level 5 on the standard scale (£5000).
