S97 - MODIFICATION OF PLANNING PERMISSION

APP/14/01244/F 10 Grasmere Road. 'Variation of Condition 2 of permission APP/14/00805/F to replace the approved drawing as listed: Replace 5029-PL-002 Floor plans with 5029-PL-002 rev A 5029-PL-003 Elevations with 5029-PL-003 rev A 5029-PL-004 Street Scene with 5029-PL-004 rev A.

Variations to the detail design of the houses comprising: Replace mono pitch roof with double pitched roof on plot 2 to provide viable headroom on top floor. Revise glazing and cladding arrangement of front and rear elevations to create distinct appearance to each plot. Alter finished floor levels of ground, first and second floors.' In accordance with Section 97 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 the Local Planning Authority proposes to amend the above planning permission. Full details of that amendment can be found on the Councils web site www.poole.gov.uk Any comments should be submitted to the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government in writing by no later than 17th January 2015. In accordance with Section 99 of the above Act. If no comments are received the Local Planning Authority will confirm the Amendment Order and the revised decision will take effect on or after 1st February 2015.
