LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972

SECTION 123, (2A) LAND AT CANFORD CLIFFS CHINE
AND PLEASURE GROUNDS, CANFORD CLIFFS POOLE

Notice is hereby given that the Council of the Borough and County of the Town of Poole is considering granting a right of way for a pathway over part of the Pleasure Grounds on the west side of Canford Cliffs, Poole, where it abuts the east side of 24 Cliff Drive, and which land forms part of an open space. A Photograph showing the location of the land concerned and a plan of the area that is the subject of the potential deed of grant of easement can be viewed on the Council's website at http://www.poole.gov.uk/ and www.poole.gov.uk/downloads/assets/Canfordcliffsplan

Objections to the intended disposal must be made in writing to Financial Services - Corporate Estates by 13th January 2015. Comments (quoting Pleasure Ground Canford Cliffs) can be sent by:-
