NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

NOTICE is hereby given that Fred Capel and Thomas James Capel have applied to Bournemouth Borough Council for the grant of a premises licence for the premises to be known as: Chez Fred, 8 and 10 Seamoor Road Bournemouth BH4 9AN. The application is for the grant of a licence to permit the supply of alcohol for consumption on the premises and the provision of late night refreshment. The hours sought are the same as the existing licence for the existing premises at no.10 which will be expanded into no. 8 if the application is granted. The existing licence will then be surrendered. Anyone who wishes to make representations concerning this application must do so in writing to The Licensing Department, Bournemouth Borough Council, Town Hall St Stephens Road Bournemouth BH2 6LL no later than 12th January 2015. The full application may be Inspected during normal office hours at the offices of Bournemouth Borough Council at the above address (or www.boumemouth.gov.uk). It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is £5,000.
