NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

NOTICE is hereby given that John Leonard Adams has applied to Bournemouth Borough Council for the grant of a premises licence for the premises to be known as: Ojo Rojo, 106 Commercial Road Bournemouth BH2 5LR.

The application is for the grant of a licence to permit the sale of alcohol for consumption on the premises from 11:00 until midnight Sunday to Thursday, until 00:30 hours on Friday and Saturday nights and on Bank Holiday Sundays and until 02:00 hours on New Year's Eve into 1st January. Late night refreshment will be provided for a further 30 minutes each day.

Anyone who wishes to make representations concerning this application must do so in writing to The Licensing Department, Bournemouth Borough Council, Town Hall St Stephens Road Bournemouth BH2 6LL no later than 20th January 2015.

The full application may be inspected during normal office hours at the offices of Bournemouth Borough Council at the above address (or http://www.boumemouth.gov.ui4.ui4. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is £5,000.
