THE POOLE (TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT) (VARIOUS ROADS AND PARKING PLACES) (REGULATION OF TRAFFIC MOVEMENT AND SPEED LIMITS)
(AMENDMENT NOS. 158-159, 162-163 ORDER 2015

The Council of The Borough and County of the Town of Poole, the Highway Authority in exercise of its powers under Section 1(1), 1(3), 1(3A), 2(1), 2(4), 3(1), 4(1), 4(2), 4(3), 5, 19, 23, 32, 35, 35A, 36, 47, 49, 53,63A, 65,66,81,82,89, 126 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and 65(1), 66(4) and 90(A) of the Highways Act 1980 and of all other enabling powers and after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police in accordance with paragraph 20 of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984 proposes to make an Order the effect of which is as follows:

NO WAITING AT ANY TIME MEANS DOUBLE YELLOW LINES
158 Lagland Street/ South Road. Convert the existing footpath between Lagland Street and South Road to a shared cycle/footpath
159 Courthill Road 20mph Zone. Impose a 20mph speed limit in the following roads:
Courthill Road -Warren Road -Palmerston Road -Queens Road -Hardy Road -Ponsonby Road
162 West Street. Provide a Zebra Crossing immediately north of Terrace Row
163 Sterte Avenue West. Impose No Waiting at Any Time restrictions in front of the new car dealers
