Notice of Application for a Premises Licence I Maria Helena Hoyos Marim of Bournemouth apply for a Premises Licence for the premises known as: Mary's Cafe & Delicatessen at: 1 Ashley Road, Boscombe, BH1 4LE Hereby give notice that I/We have applied to Bournemouth Borough Council Licensing Authority on 9 Day of January 2015, for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003. The following licensable activities will be provided during the following times and starting from the 07 day of February 2015. Activities: Supply of Alcohol, On and Off Licence, Monday to Sunday, 11.00am to 23:00.
Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: The Licensing Team, Bournemouth Borough Council, Town Hall, St Stephen's Road, Bournemouth, BH2 6LL.
Representations must be received no later than 06/ 02 /2015. The Application Record may be viewed between 9:00 am and 16:00 pm Monday to Friday at the above address. Under Section 158 Licensing Act 2003, it is an offence to knowingly or recklessly, makes a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is up to £5000 (level 5 on the standard scale)
