NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT McDonald's Restaurants Limited has applied to Borough of Poole on 30th January 2015 for the grant of a premises licence to use the premises at Tower Retail Park, Yarrow Road, Poole, BH12 4QY, for provision of late night refreshment for the sale of hot food and drink from 23:00 until 05:00 Mondays to Sundays. Any person who wishes to make a rep­resentation in relation to this applica­tion must give notice in writing of his/her representation by 27th February 2015 stating the grounds for making said representation to the: Borough of Poole, The Head of Environmental and Consumer Protection Services, Unit 1, Newfields Business Park, 2 Stinsford Road, Poole, BH17 ONF. A record of the application can be inspected at the above address during office hours or at www.boroughofpoole.com. Representations must be received by the Licensing Authority by the date given above. The Licensing Authority will have regard to any representation in considering the application that complies with the requirements of the Licensing Act 2003, the Regulations made thereunder and relates to at least one of the licensing objectives, being the prevention of crime and disorder, public safely, the prevention of public nuisance and the protection of children from harm.
