NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Premises: Yaawin Global Spicy Supermarket 5/6 Lansdowne House, Christchurch Road, Bournemouth, BH1 3JP.

The proposed licensable activity is: Supply of alcohol for consumption off the premises 0800hrs - 2300 daily

Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: The Licensing Team, Bournemouth Borough Council, Town Hall, St Stephens Road, Bournemouth, BH2 6LL. Representations must be received no later than 27/02/15. The Application Record and Register can be viewed between 0900hrs and 1600hrs Monday to Friday at the above address.

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale (£5000).
