Notice under SECTION 66 of  APPLICATION for PLANNING PERMISSION

Proposed Development R/O 213 Lower Blandford Road, Broadstone.

1 give notice that OPM (Bournemouth) Ltd is applying to the Poole Borough Council for planning permission to erect block of 2 no. one bedroom flats. Any owner (1) of the land who wishes to make representations about this application should write to the Council at Borough of Poole, Civic Centre, Poole BH15 2RU, within 21 days of the date of publication* of this notice.

(1) 'owner' means a person having a freehold interest or a leasehold interest, the unexpired term of which is not less than 7 years or, in the case of development consisting of the winning or working of minerals, a person entitled to an interest in a mineral inthe land (otherthan oil, gas, coal, gold or silver).
