Notice of Application for Variation of a Premises Licence
Halo Bournemouth Limited herebygives notice that an application wasmade to Bournemouth Borough Council (the Council) on 4February 2015 for variation of the premises licence for Halo, Exeter Road, Bournemouth BH2 5AQtoadd an additional hour to the terminal hour for licensable activities on twonights eachweek (excluding Sunday) and to add the licensable activ-ities of late night refreshment between 2300 and 0300 (and as extended), and boxing and wrestling and indoor sporting activities between 1200 and 0000.

at Planning, Transport &Regulation Services, Town Hall E4, St Stephen's Road, Bournemouth BH2 6LL free of charge between the hours of 0900 and 1600 Monday to Friday.

 TheApplication Record maybeviewed on their website www.bournemouth.gov.uk. A person or responsible authority may make written representations to the Council by 4 March 2015.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make afalse statement in connection with an application and a
person may be liable to a fine on summary conviction of up to £5,000.
