APPLICATION FOR VARIATION TO THE PREMISES LICENCE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN is hereby given that GREENE KING RETAILING LIMITED has applied in respect of the DYMK Public House, 31 Poole Hill, Bournemouth, BH2 5PW for a variation to the premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for :To extend the opening times of the premis­es until 04:00 hours Friday and Saturday (currently until 02:30 hours). To extend live music, recorded music and the sale of alcohol until 03:00 hours Friday and Saturday(currently until 02:00 hours). To extend late night refreshment until 04:00 hours Friday & Saturday(current-ly until 02:30 hours). To alter condition 2.3 to read as follows:

Door staff shall be employed from 22:00 hours until 04:00 hours on a Fridayand Saturday to assist with the safe dispersal of customers. To add the following condition:

No new admission to the premises after 02:30 hours on a Friday and Saturday. To
change the layout of the premises in accordance with the submitted plan, drawing number 8729-LP1. The main changes to the plan include a new raised seating area and extended stage area. Locations of fire safety and other safety equipment subject to change in accordance with the requirements of the
responsible authorities or following a risk assessment. Any detail shown in the plan that is not required by the licensing plan regulations is indicative only and subject to change. All other times, licensable activities and conditions to remain unaltered. Representations to this application must be made in writ-
ing, by 31 March 2015, to the Bournemouth Borough Council Licensing Authority at Town Hall , St
Stephen's Road, Bournemouth, BH2 6LL where the register of licensing appli­cations can be inspected between 09:00 and 16:00 Monday t oFriday.

It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this appli­cation, the maximum fine for which is, £5000.
