NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE

I/We Britannia Hotels No.2 Ltd Of 253 Hale Road, Hale, Cheshire, WA15 8RE Apply for a Premises Licence for the premises known as Royal Bath Hotel At Bath Road, Bournemouth, BH1 2EW HEREBY GIVE NOTICE THAT I/We have applied to Bournemouth Borough Council Licensing Authority on 5 day of March 2015, for a variation to the Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003.

The following changes to the licensable activities are proposed:

A. Supply of Alcohol Monday to Thursday 10.00 - 01.00

Friday and Saturday 10.00 - 02.00 Sunday 10.00 - 22.30

B. Live and Recorded Music, Performance of Dance, Anything similar to E, F & G, Facilities for Making Music, Provisions of facilities for Dancing, Provision of Facilities for Entertainment similar to (I) or (J). All the above to operate:

Monday to Thursday 10.00 - 01.00 Friday and Saturday 10.00 - 02.00 Sunday 10.00 - 22.30

C. Removal of conditions 1.18, 1.19, 1.22, 1.23, 1.24, 2.3, 2.4, 2.5, 2.6, 2.7, 2.8

D. Substitution of a new plan.

Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: The Licensing Team, Bournemouth Borough Council, Town Hall Annexe, St Stephen's Road, Bournemouth, BH2 6EA or licensing@bournemouth.gov.uk. Representations must be received no later than 7th APRIL 2015

The Application Record may be viewed between 9:00 am and 16:00 pm Monday to Friday at the above address.
Under Section 158 Licensing Act 2003, it is an offence to knowingly or recklessly, make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is up to £5000 (level 5 on the standard scale)
