NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE
THAT Bournemouth Big Hotel Limited has given to Bournemouth Borough Council an application for the grant of a Premises Licence for Hilton Hotel, Terrace Road, Bournemouth, BH2 5AQ. The licensable activities which it is proposed will be carried on at the premises are the sale by retail of alcohol, the provision of regulated entertainment, the provision of late night refreshment The Licensing Register of Bournemouth Borough Council is held at Town Hall Annexe, St Stephen's Road, Bournemouth, BH2 6LL and, where applicable, at www.bournemouth.gov.uk. The record of the application may be inspected during normal office hours at the Council's above address and, where applicable, at any time on the above website.
Representations which shall be made in writing may be made by a responsible authority or any other person to Bournemouth Borough Council to be received at their above address by no later than Thursday 2 April 2015. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application; the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction being £5,000.
