NOTICE OF SUBMISSION OF AN ENVIRONMENTAL STATEMENT TO SUPPORT A PLANNING APPLICATION TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT) REGULATIONS 2011

3/13/0681/FUL Notice is given that Good Energy Mapperton Farm Solar Park (007) Limited (company no. 08529830 whose registered office is at Good Energy, Monkton Hill, Monkton Reach, Chippenham, SN15 1EE) is submitting an Environmental Statement to East Dorset District Council in support of the application for planning permission for the construction and operation of a solar farm on land adjacent to Mapperton Farm, Mapperton, Almer, Dorset, DT11 9ER submitted to East Dorset District Council on 22 July 2013. The Environmental Statement is provided in compliance with a screening direction from East Dorset District Council dated 19th September 2014.

Members of the public may inspect copies of the planning application, accompanying plans, other documents and the Environmental Statement at East Dorset District Council Offices, Furzehill, Wimborne, Dorset, BH21 4HN from 23rd March 2015 - 17th April 2015 between the hours of 8:45 and 17:15. The documents will also be available to view and download from http://planning. eastdorsetdc.gov.uk/online-applications/applicationDetails. 

A copy of the Environmental Statement may be obtained in hard copy or on CD Rom whilst stocks last from Wardell Armstrong, Wheal Jane Science Park, Truro, Cornwall TR3 6EH at a charge of £300.00 and £6.00, respectively. A copy of the Non-Technical Summary will be available free of charge.

Any person wishing to make representations in relation to the ES should do so by writing to James Brightman, Development Management, Council Offices, Furzehill, Wimborne, Dorset, BH21 4HN quoting reference: 3/13/0681/ FUL or via email: planning@eastdorset.gov.uk identifying the Proposal and specifying grounds for objection or support.

All representations should be dated and should clearly state the name (in block capitals) and full return email or postal address of the person making the representations. All representations in relation to the ES must be received by no later than 17th April 2015. Representations will be placed on the Council's website and any person making a representation should indicate whether their name and address should to be included.
