ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS)
ACT 1991 SECTION 14 (1), 15 & 16
VARIOUS SHORT DURATION ROAD CLOSURES
TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC
The Borough and County of the Town of Poole hereby gives Notice that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed along the following roads at their junctions with ASHLEY ROAD BETWEEN 8AM AND 8PM and on the dates as listed below:
SUNDAY 26 APRIL 2015
? Edward Road
WEDNESDAY 29 APRIL 2015
? Chatsworth Road
? Cranbrook Road
? Kipling Road
? North Road
The temporary closures are necessary for Carriageway Resurfacing to be undertaken and the Council is satisfied that vehicles on the said roads shall be prohibited. If you require further information please contact: Mr S Priest, 01202 262233
Any person who uses or permits the use of a vehicle in contravention of the Order will be liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding £400.
