Borough of Poole
(SPECIAL EVENTS) ACT 1994 THE POOLE (SPECIAL EVENTS) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC) ORDER 2015 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Borough and County of the Town of Poole, the Highway Authority, is satisfied that traffic on the said roads, as previously advertised on 26 February 2015 should be prohibited for the purpose of holding events and has made an Order, the effect of which is that no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed along the lengths of road listed in Schedules (i) and (ii) to the Order. Pedestrian access will be maintained at all times. Emergency vehicles will also be accommodated at all times. The proposed Order will be operative at the times shown on the schedules to the Notice.
The Order is operative from 31 March 2015 and will continue in force until 31 December 2015 at the times listed in the schedule.
