Borough Poole
LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1972
SECTION 123 (I), (2A) LAND AT BROADSTONE RECREATION GROUND, CHARBOROUGH ROAD, BROADSTONE, POOLE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough and County of the Town of Poole is considering granting a long lease of land of the existing pavilion and cricket pitch to Broadstone Cricket Club which forms part of an open space at Broadstone Recreation Ground, Charborough Road, Broadstone Poole for use as a cricket club pavilion, cricket pitch and associated storage. Objections to the intended disposal must be made in writing to the Culture and Community Services and sent to the Council by 14th May 2015.
