NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
that any person having a claim against or an interest in the estate of Maureen Dorothy Alice Smith deceased late of Flat B15 Elizabeth Court Grove Road Bournemouth Dorset BH1 3DU who died on 3 March 2015 is hereby required to send particulars in writing of their claim or interest to the undersigned Solicitors for Robert Michael Aitkenhead the Executor on or before First July 2015 after which date the Executor will proceed to distribute the assets of the said deceased among the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interests of which he shall have had notice.
