LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
We, Loungers Limited of Loungers HQ, 15-16 Lower Park Row, Bristol BS1 5BN, apply for a Premises Licence for the premises known as Cosy Club, 30 - 34 Old Christchurch Road, Bournemouth, BH11LG. HEREBY GIVE NOTICE THAT we have applied to Bournemouth Borough Council Licensing Authority on 15th day of April 2015, for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003. The following licensable activities will be provided during the following times: The on sale of alcohol from 10.00 hrs until 23.30 hrs Sunday to Wednesday and 10.00 hrs until 01.00 hrs (following day) Thursday to Saturday and 10.00 to 02.00 hrs (following day) onNewYear'sEve.
Late night refreshment until midnight Sunday to Wednesday, 01.30 hrs Thursday to Saturday and 02.30 hrs (following day) on New Year's Eve, all as specified in the application. Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: The Licensing Team, Bournemouth Borough Council, Town Hall, St Stephen's Road, Bournemouth, BH2 6LL. Representations must be received no later than 13th May 2015. The Application Record may be viewed between 9:00 am and 16:00 pm Monday to Friday at the above address. Under Section 158 Licensing Act 2003, it is an offence to knowingly or recklessly, make a false statement in connection with an application.
