LICENSING ACT 2003 Notice of Application for the Variation of a Premises Licence
NOTICE is hereby given that Mesut Erol and Karen Hillman have applied to Bournemouth Borough Cound for the variation of the premises licence for the premises to be known as: Bellaggio Pizzeria, (Currently) 297-299 Wimbome Road Bournemouth BH9 2AA. The application is to approve revised plans of the premises so as to allow the current premises at 297 and 29S Wimbome Road to be extended into and ndude 295 Wimbome Road. Mo changes to the licensed activities, hours or conditions are proposed. Anyone who wishes to make representations Goncemiig this application must do so in writing to The Licensing Department, Bournemouth Borough Council, Town Hall St Stephens Road Bournemouth BH2 611 no later than 2Bth May 2015. The full application may be inspected during normal office hours at the offices of Bournemouth Borough Council at the above address (or www.bournemouth.gov.uk). It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is £5,000.
