and propose to carry on the following activities-Sale of Alcohol ON & OFF the premises, 00:01 to00:00, Performance or rehearsal of a play, 08:00 to 00:00, An exhibition of a film, 08:00 to 00:00, A performance of live music (or entertainment of a similar description), 08:00 to 02:00, Any playing of recorded music (or entertainment of a similar description), 08:00 to 02:00, A performance of dance (or entertainment of a similar description), 08:00 to 02:00, Providing entertainment facilities to allow people to take part in making music or dancing (or entertainment of a similar description), 08:00 to 02:00, Late night refreshment 23:00 to 05:00 Applications are available for public inspection at Purbeck District Council, Worgret Road, Wareham, BH20 4PP or on www.dorsetforyou.com Responsible Authorities or any other person may make representations in writing on the proposals in the application to the Licensing Authority but these must be submitted between 14th May 2015 and Wednesday 10th June 2015 It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is level 5 of the standard scale (£5000, January 2005).
