LICENSING ACT 2003 Notice Of Application For The Grant Of A Premises Licence NOTICE is hereby given that Chineside Catering Limited has applied to Bournemouth Borough Council for the grant of the premises licence for the premises to be known as: Chineside, Durley Chine Bournemouth BH2 5JG. The application is for the sale of alcohol (on and off the premises) from 10:00 hours to 00:30 hours daily and the provision of late night refreshment from 23:00 hours to 01:00 hours daily. Anyone who wishes to make representations concerning this application must do so in writing to The Licensing Department, Bournemouth Borough Council, Town Hall St Stephens Road Bournemouth BH2 6LL no later than 24th June 2015. The full application may be inspected during normal office hours at the offices of Bournemouth Borough Council at the above address (or www.bournemouth.gov.uk). It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is £5,000.
