PUBLIC NOTICE OF AN APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 34 OF THE LICENSING ACT 2003 Notice is hereby given that an appli­cation was made to Bournemouth Borough Council to vary a premises licence under the above Act on 22nd May 2015. Applicant: St Albans Operating Company Ltd. Address of Premises: Costcutter Express, Bear Cross Service Station, 1154-1158 Ringwood Road, Bournemouth, BHT1 9LC. Proposed variations to the licensable activities: Extend the hours for the sale of alcohol and add the provision of late night refresh­ment. Proposed days and hours of licensable activity: Every day -Alcohol Sales 06.00 to 24.00. Late Night Refreshment 23.00 to 05.00.
