PUBLIC NOTICE OF AN APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 34 OF THE LICENSING ACT 2003 Notice is hereby given that an appli­cation was made to Bournemouth Borough Council to vary a premises licence under the above Act on 22nd May 2015. Applicant: St Albans Operating Company Ltd. Address of Premises: Costcutter Express, Bear Cross Service Station, 1154-1158 Ringwood Road, Bournemouth, BHT1 9LC. Proposed variations to the licensable activities: Extend the hours for the sale of alcohol and add the provision of late night refresh­ment. Proposed days and hours of licensable activity: Every day -Alcohol Sales 06.00 to 24.00. Late Night Refreshment 23.00 to 05.00. The postal address of the Licensing Authority where the register is kept and the application maybe inspected is: ^Bournemouth Borough Council, Licensing Team, Planning Transport & Regulation, Town Hall Annex, St Stephen's Road, Bournemouth, BH2 6EA. Any person wishing to make representations on this matter shall give notice, in writing, stating the nature and grounds for making such representations to The Licensing Officer at the above address* within 28 days of the date of this notice -by the 19th June 2015. It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application and the maximum fine on summary conviction of such an offence is £5000.
