Premises Licence, Stourvale Inn, 259 Barrack Road

Application has been made by Marston's PLC to the Licensing Authority of Christchurch Borough Council to vary the Premises Licence for the Stourvale Inn at 259 Barrack Road, Christchurch, Dorset, BH23 2AY. The application includes the following terms: 1. To advance commencement hour for the sale of alcohol to 08:00 Saturdays and Sundays. 2. To extend the terminal hour for licensable activities (except live music) on Fridays and Saturdays to 01:00 and Sunday until midnight with the premises to close to members of the public 30 minutes thereafter. 3. To add non-standard timings relating to Christmas Eve, Boxing Day, extend all licensing hours on commencement of British Summertime to replace the hour lost and to amend existing non-standard timings as particularised in the application. A responsible authority or any other person can make written representations to the Licensing Authority at any time up to and including 30th June 2015 (www.christchurch.gov. uk) It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
