ANY Person having a claim against or an interest in the estate of Mr Albert Arthur Samuel Tilyard late of Richmondwood Residential Care Home, 19 Richmond Park Avenue, Bournemouth, Dorset BH8 9DL who died on the 22^nd May 2015 is required to send particulars thereof in writing to the under-named Solicitors no later than two calendar months from the date of publication of this Notice after which date the Executors will proceed to distribute the assets having regard only to valid claims and interests of which they have had notice.
