Premises Licence application, Walkabout, 156-164 Old Christchurch Road, Bournemouth, BH1 1NL

Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Intertain Limited has applied to Bournemouth Borough Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of prem­ises to be known as Walkabout, 156-164 Old Christchurch Road, Bournemouth, BH1 1NL. The pro­posed licensable activities and their hours are: The provision of regulated entertainment including indoor sporting event Monday to Sunday 11.00 hours to 00.00 (midnight). The provision of regulated entertainment including live music Monday to Saturday 10.00 hours to 02.00 hours the following morning and Sunday 10.00 hours to OLOOTiours the fol­lowing morning. The provision of regulated entertainment including recorded music, performances of dance and anything of a similar nature (including live music, record­ed music and performances of dance) Monday to Sunday 10.00 hours to 03.00 hours the following morning. The provision of late night refreshment Monday to Sunday 23.00 hours to 03.30 hours the fol­lowing morning. The sale of alcohol Monday to Sunday 10.00 hours to 03.00 hours the following morning. The opening hours of the premises will be Monday to Sunday 09.00 hours to 03.30 hours the following morning. Any representations by an interested party or responsible authority regarding the above-men­tioned application must be received in writing by the Licensing Department, Bournemouth Borough Council, Town Hall, St Stephen's Road, Bournemouth, BH2 6LL no later than 6 July 2015 stating the grounds for objection. www.bournemouth.gov.uk or in per­son at the councif offices at the above address. It is an offence know­ingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5,000.
