Pursuant to the Trustee Act 1925 Notice is hereby given that any persons having a claim against or an interest in the Estate of the above named, late of Southwood Lodge Southwood Avenue Southbourne formerly of The Crescent 29 Meyrick Park Crescent Bournemouth Dorset BH3 7AG, who died on 08/09/2011, are required to send particulars thereof in writing to the undersigned Solicitors on or before 21/08/2015 after which date the Estate will be distributed having regard only to the claims and interests of which they have had notice.
