Bournemouth Borough Council Licensing Act 2003 Notice of Application for a Variation of Premises Licence
Notice is given that Jonathan Andrew Weaver has applied to Bournemouth Borough Council for a premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 in relation to: Boscombe Promenade & Beaches, Undercliff Drive, Bournemouth, Dorset, BH5 1BN
The following licensable activities will be provided during the following times and start the 11th day of July 2015.
Activities: Sale of alcohol*, Hours: 17:00 - 22:00, Days: Thurs - Sun *for the Bournemouth Air Festival each year only
Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: The Licensing Team, Bournemouth Borough Council, Town Hall, St Stephen's Road, Bournemouth, BH2 6LL or licensing@bournemouth. gov.uk. Representations must be received no later than 10 / 07 /2015. The Application Record may be viewed between 9:00 and 16:00 Monday to Friday at the above address. Under Section 158 Licensing Act 2003, it is an offence to knowingly or recklessly, make a false statementin connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is up to £5000 (level 5 on the standard scale).
