THE POOLE (TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT)
(VARIOUS ROADS AND PARKING PLACES) (REGULATION OFTRAFFIC MOVEMENT AND SPEED LIMITS) (AMENDMENT NOS. 172-181) ORDER 2015
The Council of The Borough and County of the Town of Poole, the Highway Authority in exercise of its powers under Section I (I), I (3), I (3A), 2(1), 2(2C), 2(4), 3(1), 4(1), 4(2), 4(3), 5, 19,23, 32,35,35A, 36,47,49,53,63A 65,66,81,82,87,89, 126 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and 65(1), 66(4) and 90(A) of the Highways Act 1980 and of all other enabling powers and after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police in accordance with paragraph 20 of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984 proposes to make an Order the effect of which is as follows:
No Waiting at Any Time means double yellow lines

Sterte Close
Impose No Waiting at Any Time from the western boundary of No. 24 to outside No. 28 Sterte Close (inside of the bend).

Shapwick Road
Impose No Waiting at Any Time, both sides of the road from the western boundary of No. 13 Shapwick Road to the western end of the road.

West Street
Change the existing No Waiting and No Loading at Any Time on the northern side to a Two-Hour Wait, 8am to 6pm, except Permit Holders from the junction of Barbers Piles to the junction of Bay Hog Lane. Permit Holders Only 6pm to 8am.

Blandford Road
The existing 30 Minute limit to be changed to a 2 Hour limit, 8am-6pm, Mon-Sat on the north-east side of the road opposite Tuckers Lane and also on the south-west side of the road opposite Nos. 152/154 Blandford Road.

Lewesdon Drive
Provide two disabled parking bays opposite No. 28 Lewesdon Drive

Dale Close
Provide a Residential Disabled Parking Bay outside No. 39 Dale Close

Barons Road King John Avenue
Impose No Loading and No Waiting at Any Time restrictions around the roundabout at the entrance to the School. Impose No Waiting at Any Time restrictions at the junctions of King John Avenue with Barons Road and King John Avenue (cul de sac serving Nos 99-169).

Oakley Straight
Extend the existing No Waiting at Any Time restriction on the eastern side of Oakley Straight at its junction with Sopwith Crescent for a distance of 10 metres.

Moor Road Golf Links Road
Impose a 20mph limit in Moor Road (between Tudor Road and Lower Golf Links Road) and in Golf Links Road.

Dale Close
Removal of the Residential Disabled Parking Bay outside No. 100-106 Dale Close

Ringwood Road
Change the existing Zebra Crossing to a Puffin Crossing outside Cynthia House
Full details of the above proposals are contained in the Draft Order which, together with a plan showing the length of roads affected and a Statement of the Council's reasons for proposing to make the Orders, may be examined at Transportation Services, Room 159, Civic Centre, Poole BH15 2RU.
