HARBOURS ACT 1964 (AS AMENDED) THE POOLE HARBOUR (WORKS) REVISION ORDER 2015

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Poole Harbour (Works) Revision Order 2015 was made by the Marine Management Organisation on 12 June 2015 and comes into force on 10 July 2015.
A copy of the Order may be inspected between 1000 and 1600 Monday to Friday at the offices of Poole Harbour Commissioners, Harbour Office, 20 New Quay Road, Poole BH15 4AF
Any person who wishes to challenge the validity of the decision to make the Order, may, within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order becomes operative, make an application for that purpose to the High Court. Keystone Law, 53 Davies Street, London W1K 5JH (Ret ARH)
