Notice of Application for the Variation of a Premises Licence
NOTICE is hereby given that Valcomino Limited has applied to Bournemouth Borough Council for the variation of the premises licence for the premises to be known as: The Dancing Duck (formerly Fratelli La Buffala), 100-102 Poole Road Bournemouth BH4 9EF The application is to extend the hours for licensable activities to end at 01:00 on Sundays to Thursdays (into the following day) and until 01:30 on Friday and Saturday nights with late night refreshment to continue for a further 30 minutes. Extended hours will apply on Christmas Eve, Boxing Day, and over the New Year The application also includes variations to the conditions so as to delete conditions that are unenforceable and to add conditions that are appropriatefortheoperating hoursandlocationofthe premises. Anyone who wishes to make representationsconcerning this application mustdoso in writing to The Licensing Department, Bournemouth Borough Council, Town Hall St Stephens Road Bournemouth BH2 61 no later than 22nd July 2015. The full application may be inspected during normal office hours at the offices of Bournemouth Borough Council at the above address (or www.bournemouth.gov.uk). It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. Themaximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is £5,000.
