APPLICATION FOR BOURNEMOUTH TO WEYMOUTH RAIL LINE REPAIRS, HOLE'S BAY CAUSEWAY, POOLE
Notice is hereby given that Network Rail Infrastructure Limited has applied to the Marine Management Organisation under the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009, Part 4, for a marine licence to undertake Bournemouth to Weymouth Rail Line Repairs, Hole's Bay Causeway, Poole. Plans showing the position of the works maybeinspected atPooleCentral Library, Dolphin Shopping Centre, Kingland Rd, Poole, BH151QE.
Copies of the Application and associated information may be viewed on line in the Public Register at www.gov.uk/check-marine-licence-register.
Representations or objections in respect of the application should be made in writing, giving an address to which correspondence relating to the representation or objection may be sent, to the Marine Management Organisation, Lancaster House, Hampshire Court, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE4 7YH, or alternatively emailed to angela. wildish@marinemanagement. org.uk, within 28 days of Monday 13th July 2015, quoting reference MLA/2015/00236.
The Marine Management Organisation will pass to the applicant a copy of any objection or representation we receive.
