Christchurch Borough Council is seeking to obtain expressions of interest for the future asset management of Place Mill, which is located at Christchurch Quay.The building is an important heritage asset in a prominent location and the Council wishes to identify a range of suitable alternative uses before deciding on the future arrangements that have the widest possible benefits for all.
