LICENSING ACT 2003 Notice of Application for a Premises Licence
NOTICE is hereby given that Robert Green and Rebecca Louise Green have applied to Bournemouth Borough Counil for the grant of a premises licence for the premises known as The Kiosk, Rsherman's Walk Boscombe Overcliff Drive Bournemouth BH5 2EL The application is for the grant of a licence to permit the sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises only from 10:00 to 20:00 hours daily and from 08:00 until 22:00 on the days of the Bournemouth Air Festival. Anyone who wishes to make representations concerning this application must do so in writing to The Licensing Department Bournemouth Borough Council, Town Hall St Stephens Road Bournemouth BH2 6LL no later than 6th August 201S. The full application may be inspected during normal office hours at the offices of Bournemouth Borough Council at the above address [or www.boumemouth.gov.uk). It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is £5,000.
