Kathleen Iris Wyvenie Moore Deceased Pursuant to the Trustee Act 1925
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that any person having a claim against or an interest in the estate of Kathleen Iris Wyvenie Moore deceased late of Flat 10 Ashton Court 46 Western Road Poole Dorset BH13 6EU who died on Twentieth June 2015 is hereby required to send particulars in writing of their claim or interest to the undersigned Solicitors for Judith Davies and Robert Michael Aitkenhead the Executors on or before Twenty-first September 2015 after which date the Executors will proceed to distribute the assets of the said deceased among the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interests of which they shall have had notice.
