An Inspector has been appointed by the Secretary of State under section 174 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended) to determine the following appeal: -
Appeal by Mr R H Parker and Mrs H D Parker Enforcement Notice Reference Number E/2010/0119 Planning Inspectorate reference: APP/B1225/C/14/2224425
Location: Bucknowle Farm, Bucknowle, Wareham BH20 5PQ Breach of planning control alleged: Use of land for campsite for more than 28 days in a year Notice is hereby given that the appeal by Mr R H Parker and Mrs H D Parker, made because the local planning authority have served an Enforcement Notice, reference number E/2010/0119, is to proceed by way of a PUBLIC INQUIRY. This is to be held in Council Chamber, Purbeck District Council, Westport House, Worgret Road, Wareham, BH20 4PP beginning on Wednesday5th August2015at10.00am. Members of the public are invited to attend the inquiry, and at the Inspector's discretion, give their views.
