(REGULATION OF TRAFFIC MOVEMENT AND SPEED LIMITS)
(AMENDMENT NOS. 190-200) ORDER 2015

The Council of The Borough and County of the Town of Poole, the Highway Authority in exercise of its powers under Section 1(1), 1(3), 1(3A), 2(1), 2(2C), 2(4), 3(1), 4(1), 4(2), 4(3), 5, 32, 35, 35A, 36,47,49, 53, 63A, 65, 66, 81, 82, 87, 89, 92, 126 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and 65(1), 66(4) and 90(A) of the Highways Act 1980 and of all other enabling powers and after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police in accordance with paragraph 20 of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984 proposes to make an Order the effect of which is as follows:

Impose No waiting at any time restrictions and No Loading/Unloading Monday to Friday 8am-10am and 2pm-4pm restrictions at the junctions with Farnham Road and Sunridge Close
Sunridge Close
Impose No Waiting atAnyTime restrictions and No Loading/Unloading Monday to Friday 8am-10am and 2pm-4pm restrictions at the junction with Winston Avenue and in front of Nos. 25-29 Sunridge Close.
Farnham Road
ImposeNoWaitingatAnyTimerestrictionsand No Loading/Unloading Monday to Friday 8am-10am and 2pm-4pm restrictions at the junction with Winston Avenue

ImposeNoWaitingandNoLoading/Unloadingat AnyTime restrictions from its southern junction with Alder Road to the common boundary of Nos. 40 and 38 Langside Avenue also on the southern side from its junction with Alder Road for a distance of 15 metres in an easterly direction.

Impose No Loading/Unloading atAnyTime restrictions at its southern junction with Langside Avenue.

Fortescue Road Churchill Road
Impose No Waiting atAnyTime restrictions at the junction of Fortescue Road with Churchill Road.

Ashmore Avenue Lulworth Avenue
Impose a 20mph speed limit in Ashmore Avenue and Ashmore Crescent for their entire length. Also from the boundary of Nos. 88/90 Lulworth Avenue to the railway line.

Extend the existing No Waiting atAnyTime restrictions to outside the common boundary of Nos. 27 and 29 and also outside Nos. 35 and 37 Pottery Road.
Impose No Waiting, Mon-Fri, 8am-6pm restrictions outside Nos. 14 and 16 Pottery Road. Impose No Loading/Unloading Mon-Fri, 8am-10am and 2pm-4pm restrictions between Nos 29 and 37 (inclusive)
Mill Lane
Impose No Loading/Unloading Mon-Fri, 8am-10am and 2pm-4pm restrictions from the junction with Pottery Road for a distance of 33 metres

ImposeNoWaitingatAnyTimerestrictionsonthe western and south-eastern side of the road and in the turning head.

Courtenay Road
ImposeNoWaitingatAnyTimerestrictionsoutside Nos. 21 to 24 Courtenay Road (the Turning Head). Also impose a 2-hour Waiting restriction, Mon-Fri, 8am-6pm, except Resident and Commuter Permit Holders from Nos. 21 and 24 to its junction with Bournemouth Road.

Approach Road Salterns Road Britannia Road (Nos.9to 25)
Extend the controls in the existing parking bays to impose a 2 hour limit between 8am and 6pm every day (with an exemption for resident permit holders) and impose a Permit Holder only restriction between 6pm and 8am. Extend the parking bay outside Nos 2 to 6 Approach Road.

Impose No Waiting atAnyTime restrictions on both sides of Churchill Road and Lyell Road at their junction.

Provide a residential disabled parking bay near to No. 86 Scarf Road.

along the northern side of the road
along the western side of the road (including the turning head)
