Variation of the Premises Licence, The Cumberland Hotel, 27-31 East Overcliff Bournemouth

Bournemouth Borough Council Licensing Act 2003 Notice of Application for a Variation of the Premises Licence Notice is given that Kevin Wood, has applied to Bournemouth Borough Council lor a variation ol their premises licence under the Licensing Ad 2003 in relation to: The Cumberland Hotel, 27-31 East Overcliff Bournemouth BH1 SAG. The tallowing variation of licensable activities will be provided during the following times and start the 14th day of August, 2015: To extend the terminal hour for all the existing daily licensable activities, from 0100 hours to 0200 hours and to extend the hours for the sale of alcohol on Sundays, Easter and Christmas days from 1000 hours to 0200 hours in line with all other activities. Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: The Licensing Team, Bournemouth Borough Council, Town Hall St Stephen's Road Bournemouth BH2 6LL. Representations must be received no later than 13th August, 2015. The Application Record may be viewed between 9:00 am and 16:00 pm Monday to Friday at the above address. Under Section 158 Licensing Act 2003, it is an offence to knowingly or recklessly, make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine lor which a person is liable on summary conviction is up to £5000 (level 5 on the standard scale). tww
