An Inspector has been appointed by the Secretary of State under section 195 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended) to determine the following appeal: -

Planning Application Number 6/2014/0353
Planning Inspectorate reference: APP/B1225/X/15/3002181
Location: Organford Manor Country Park, BH16 6ES
Refusal of Certificate of Lawfulness (Existing). Use of part of the caravan site for the stationing of up to 45 caravans for residential occupation by persons over the age of forty five subject to conditions 1 - 3 of planning permission 6/1975/0644 -21 July 2011 (Appeal) - Certificate of Lawfulness - Existing.

Notice is hereby given that the appeal by H Simmonds (Organford Manor Country Park), made because the local planning authority refused to grant a Certificate of Lawfulness (Existing), reference number 6/2014/0353, is to proceed byway of a PUBLIC INQUIRY. This is to be held in Council Chamber, Purbeck District Council, Westport House, Worgret Road, Wareham, BH20 4PP beginning on Tuesday 25th August 2015 at 10.00am.
