Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Moon A Limited has applied to Poole Borough Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as Oyster Quay, 15 Port St James,The Quay, Poole, Dorset, BHIS IHS.The proposed licensable activities and their hours are: To permit the sup­ply of alcohol Monday to Thursday 10:00 to 23:00, Friday and Saturday 10:00 to 00:00 and Sunday 10:00 to 23:00, Late Night Refreshment Friday and Saturday 23:00 to 00:00 and Opening Hours Monday to Thursday 10:00 to 23:30, Friday and Saturday 10:00 to 00:30 and Sunday 10:00 to 23:30. To include a non-standard timing for New Year's Eve to extend trading until 02:00 and closing 02:30.Any repre­sentations regarding the above-men­tioned application must be received in writing by Licensing Poole Borough Council, Environmental & Consumer Protection, Unit I, New Fields Business Park, Stinsford Road, Poole, BHI7 0NF no later than Nth September 2015 stating the grounds for representation. The register of Poole Borough Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the coun­cil, given above, during normal business hours or on the council's website -www.poole.gov.uk
