NOTICE OF VARIATION

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of The Borough and Count/ of the Town of Poole in exercise of its powers under Section 35(C), 45, 46, 46(A), 49 and 53 of the Road Traffic Act 1984 and in compliance with Sections 25( I), (3) and 5(A) of part V of The Local Authorities Traffic Order (Procedure) (England and Wales) Regulations 1996 intends to vary the Order controlling the use of Off and On-Street Car Parks in the Borough of Poole.

The Variations will be brought into effect on 30 September 2015

PROPOSED SCALE OF CHARGES FOR BEACH PARKING AREAS

SANDBANKS, SHORE ROAD, WESTERN ROAD, BRANKSOME CHINE, BRANKSOME DENE CHINE CAR PARKS and SHORE ROAD, BANKS ROAD, SANDBANKS ROAD, BRUDENELL AVENUE, HAVEN ROAD ON-STREET CAR PARKS

Impose 24 hour maximum stay and change charges
during October.
