LICENSING ACT 2003 APPLICATION FOR GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is here­by given that an application for the grant of a premises licence has been made to Bournemouth Borough Council (the Council) to permit the Hcensable activi­ties of sale of alcohol on the premises and regulated entertainment between the hours of 1000 to 2300 Sunday to Wednesday and to 2330 Thursday to Saturday and the provision of late night refreshment between the hours of 2300 Co 2330 Thursday to Saturday, with sea­sonal extensions, such activities being subject to the operational conditions offered in the full application. The full application may be Inspected at the Council offices at Planning, Transport & Regulation Services, Town Hall E4, St Stephens Road, Bournemouth BH2 6LL free of charge between the hours of0900 and 1600 Monday to Friday. The Application Record may be viewed on their website www.bournemouth.gov.uk. A person or responsible authority may make written representations to the Council by 7 October 2015. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is £5000.
