Borough of Poole LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE
Premises: Anesh Ltd., 172 Blandford Road Hamworthy Poole BH15 4BH. Notice is gwen that Mr. Lakshman Thirunavukkarasu has applied to Borough of Poole Licensing Authority for the grant of a premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 for the daily retail sale of alcohol between 0800 hours & 2300 hours. Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: The Head of Environmental and Consumer Protection Services, Borough of Poole, Unit 1 New Fields Business Park Stinsford Road Poole Dorset BH17 ONF. Representations must be received no later than 1st December 2015. The Application Record and Register may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address or at www.boroughofpoole.com. It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale (£5000).
