BOROUGH AND THE COUNTY OF THE TOWN OF POOLE ROAD
TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991 SECTION 14 (I), 15 & 16
SHORT DURATION ROAD CLOSURE OF POOLE BRIDGE
TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC AND PEDESTRIANS
The Borough and County of the Town of Poole hereby gives Notice that from I Opm on Tuesday 24 November 2015 until 5am on Wednesday 25 November no
person shall cause or permit any vehicle or pedestrian to proceed over the Poole Lifting Bridge.
Subject to how the works proceed a further closure may be necessary and this will take place from I Opm on Tuesday I December 2015 until 5am on Wednesday 2 December 2015.
The temporary closure is necessary for realignment of the bridge lifting leaves and the Council is satisfied that vehicles and pedestrians on the said road and footpath shall be prohibited.
