THE POOLE (TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT)
(VARIOUS ROADS AND PARKING PLACES) (REGULATION OF TRAFFIC MOVEMENT AND SPEED LIMITS)

(AMENDMENT NOS. 212-217) ORDER 2015

The Council of The Borough and Count/ of the Town of Poole, the Highway Authority in exercise of its powers under Section 1(1), 1(3), I (3A), 2(1), 2(2C), 2(4), 3(1), 4(1), 4(2), 4(3), 5, 32, 35, 35A, 36,47,49, 53, 63A, 65, 66, 81, 82,84(1), (2), 85( I), (2), (4) (5), 87,89,92,126 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and 65(1), 66(4) and 90(A) of the Highways Act 1980 and of all other enabling powers and after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police in accordance with paragraph 20 of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984 proposes to make an Order the effect of which is as follows:
NO WAITING AT ANY TIME MEANS DOUBLE YELLOW LINES
212 Sandbanks Road
Impose No Waiting at Any Time on the western side of the road between Turks Lane and Whitecliff Road. Provide a shared cycle/footpath from a point 42 metres north-west of its junction with Elgin Road to No. 173 Sandbanks Road.Also on the south-west side from No. 168 to the junction of Turks Lane.

213 Chalice Close
Impose No Waiting at Any Time on both sides of the road for its total length

214 South Road
Change the existing single yellow lines on the western and northern side to No Waiting at Any Time.

215 Herbert Avenue
Removal of Residential Disabled Parking Bay outside No. I39A.

216 Knights Road King John Avenue Dukes Drive
Impose No Loading/UnloadingAtAnyTime restrictions.
i. on both sides of Knights Road from a point 50m north of Dukes Drive to 15m south of King John Avenue
ii. On both sides of Dukes Drive and King John Avenue for 15m from Knights Road
iii. outside Nos. 158 to 162 King John Avenue Introduce a loading Only Bay and a Disabled Parking Bay on the western side of Knights Road alongside the surgery.
Extend the existing No Waiting At Any Time restrictions on the south western side of Dukes Drive by 24m.

217 Hamworthy Park
Provide a shared cycle/footpath connecting Lulworth Avenue to the new Rail Crossing

Full details of the above proposals are contained in the Draft Order which, together with a plan showing the length of roads affected and a Statement of the Council's reasons for proposing to make the Orders, may be examined at Transportation Services, Room 159, Civic Centre, Poole BH15 2RU.
