ROAD TRAFFIC (TEMPORARY RESTRICTIONS) ACT 1991 SECTION 14(1), 15 & 16
SHORT DURATION ROAD CLOSURE SALTERNS ROAD (BETWEEN THE JUNCTIONS OF COMMERCIAL ROAD AND WESSEX ROAD) TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF THROUGH TRAFFIC
The Borough and Count/ of the Town of Poole hereby gives Notice that from 8pm on Tuesday 8 December 2015 until 7am on Wednesday 9 December 2015 no person shall cause or permit any vehicle to proceed along Salterns Road between the junctions of Commercial Road and Wessex Road. The No Entry and One-Way Restrictions are to be temporarily revoked during the period of the works only. Access will be maintained for residents where practicable. The temporary closure is necessary for a new sewer connection and the Council is satisfied that vehicles on the said road shall be prohibited.
